COMMENTS:
Dalliance
has never been raced, never been taken south, and has never had
osmotic blisters nor any serious collisions. Meticulously maintained,
the engine has never failed to start first attempt, nor failed underway.
The electrical system is "bullet-proof"--the batteries
maintain their charge across winter storage. The hull and most equipment
are in excellent condition. Low engine hours and light use make
this a "newer" boat than the date of manufacture might
indicate. Dodger canvas is due for replacement, but otherwise the
boat is in excellent condition.
This
boat is beautifully constructed to highest yachting standards, and
very well designed for a cruising couple or family. Dalliance will
get you to the next harbor faster than most cruising sailboats (a
very respectable PHRF of 156), and in safety and comfort. She is
equipped with everything needed for long-term cruising in comfort,
and is offered in sail-away condition.
Dalliance is currently docked in a slip in South
Portland, Maine. For further information, or to arrange for an inspection,
contact Jeff Sammis, broker, at the LOWER FALLS LANDING facility
in Yarmouth, Maine:
